Terms of sale and returns

These terms apply to the sale of this one used item by Pyralink Innovation Ltd, 502 Aidan House, Sunderland Road, Gateshead NE8 3HU (company no. 14512137). They apply to orders delivered to UK addresses only.

The item

The laptop is second-hand and has been used before. It is described on this page as being in like-new condition. The price is £379.00 and one item is available.

Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive the laptop.

To cancel, tell us clearly by email to mike.ade@pyralink.co.uk before the 14 days end. Please include your name and order details.

Send the laptop back to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Please pack it securely and keep proof of postage.

You pay the cost of returning the laptop, unless it is faulty or not as described. If it is faulty or not as described, we pay the return postage.

We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, to the payment method you used. We will do this within 14 days of receiving the laptop back, or of you showing proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier.

Please take reasonable care of the laptop while you have it. We may reduce your refund if it has lost value because you handled it more than was needed to check what it is and how it works.

Your statutory rights

Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund if the laptop is faulty or not as described.
