Business Analyst (Computing)

Job Context

Bridge the gap between business and technology! As a Business Analyst, you will be the translator, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical requirements for our IT and security solutions.
Job Responsibility
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Work with developers, engineers, and other technical staff to define system specifications.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and user story creation a plus.
