Business Analyst (Computing)

Job Context

Bridge the gap between business and technology! As a Business Analyst, you will be the translator, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical requirements for our IT and security solutions.
Job Responsibility
- Analyze and troubleshoot data communication issues.
- Monitor network performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Design and implement solutions to improve data communication efficiency.
- Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data communication technologies and protocols.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data communications analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of data communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools a plus.
