Pyralink is seeking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Business Developer to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue for our cybersecurity product. This role combines strategic marketing, demand generation, and hands-on sales engagement. You’ll craft compelling campaigns, engage prospects, and close deals, helping clients secure their assets and train their workforce against phishing attacks.

Job Responsibility
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultative selling.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Foster relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, content).
Craft value propositions and messaging tailored to cybersecurity buyers.
Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer benefits.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Manage marketing collateral, case studies, and website content.
Educate customers on our asset management and phishing simulation features.
Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support in collaboration with technical teams.
Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (asset management, phishing threats) is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems.
Ability to develop content and marketing campaigns with minimal supervision.
