Change Analyst (Computing)

Job Context

Embrace change! As a Change Analyst, you will be the shepherd of change initiatives at Pyralink. You will manage the entire change lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation of new technologies, processes, and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- - Analyze the impact of proposed IT and security changes.
  - Develop and implement change management plans.
  - Communicate changes to stakeholders and provide training.
  - Track and monitor the progress of change initiatives.
  - Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in change management or project management.
- Proven understanding of change management methodologies (ITIL preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in risk management a plus.
