We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Programmes to lead and manage our cybersecurity initiatives.


    The Head of Programmes will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Pyralink’s key cybersecurity initiatives and services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with the company's strategic goals, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. The Head of Programmes will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, product, sales, and security teams, to drive success across all client and internal programmes.

  • Job Responsibility

    Program Leadership & Strategy:

    Develop and lead the overarching programme strategy to align with Pyralink’s cybersecurity mission and goals.

    Translate business objectives into comprehensive programme roadmaps and actionable projects.

    Continuously evaluate cybersecurity trends, risks, and regulatory changes to adapt programme initiatives accordingly.

    Serve as the key liaison between senior leadership and programme teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategic priorities.


    Project & Programme Management:

    Oversee the management of multiple cybersecurity projects from inception to delivery, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.

    Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for programme delivery.

    Track progress and manage programme budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal performance.

    Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.


    Team Leadership & Development:

    Lead and mentor a team of programme managers, project managers, and cybersecurity professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.

    Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members to ensure continuous growth.

    Foster a collaborative and innovative culture across programme teams to encourage creative problem-solving.


    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to understand their cybersecurity needs and ensure programme alignment with business objectives.

    Present programme progress, risks, and outcomes to senior executives and clients, providing clear, actionable insights.

    Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service delivery and responding to client concerns promptly.


    Performance & Quality Assurance:

    Set programme performance metrics, KPIs, and objectives, ensuring that all projects meet technical and operational standards.

    Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of programme delivery.

    Ensure that cybersecurity programmes comply with industry regulations, including GDPR, ISO standards, and NIST cybersecurity framework.

  • Educational Requirement

    Essential Criteria

    Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    Extensive experience in programme management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or digital technology sector.

    Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, threat landscapes, and compliance standards.

    Proven experience managing large-scale, complex cybersecurity programmes and projects.

    Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire high-performance teams.

    Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.


    Desirable criteria

    Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
