Job Context

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our day-to-day IT operations. You will be responsible for the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient service delivery and resolving technical issues.
Job Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including network management, system administration, and user support.
- Manage and supervise IT staff, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement IT projects, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeframe.
- Identify and address IT security vulnerabilities, implementing appropriate safeguards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements for the organization.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Requirement
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations management.
- Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
