    We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Lead to join our team and drive the growth of our services and product offerings.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Sales Strategy and Execution

      Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

      Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cybersecurity and IT solutions sectors.

      Leverage knowledge of cybersecurity services and IT equipment to present tailored solutions to clients.

       

      Client Engagement

      Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

      Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the value of Pyralink’s offerings.

      Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

       

      Team Leadership

      Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.

      Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

      Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on lead generation and promotional strategies.

       

      Market Intelligence

      Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in cybersecurity and IT equipment.

      Provide feedback on market demands and assist in refining product and service offerings.

  • Educational Requirement

    • Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

      Certifications related to IT sales or cybersecurity are a plus such CSP, CPSP, CPSL, CISP, CISA, CISM

  • Experience Requirement

    • Proven track record in IT sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry.

      Experience in selling services such as penetration testing, security training, ISMS implementation, or IT equipment.

      Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

      Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

  • Additional Requirement

      • Strong understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts, including technical product knowledge.

        Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

        Ability to build trust and rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

        Leadership qualities with experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
