As the IT Manager, you will be the strategic leader of our IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation, security, and efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing IT staff, projects, and budgets, and play a key role in driving Pyralink's technological advancements.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Pyralink's business objectives.
- Manage and lead the IT team, ensuring optimal performance and skill development.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and their potential impact on Pyralink.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and security.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
