     As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be the maestro of our client service orchestra, ensuring our IT and security services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and exceed client expectations.

  • Job Responsibility

     

    • Develop and implement service delivery processes and procedures.
    • Manage a team of service delivery professionals.
    • Oversee the delivery of IT and security services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
    • Proactively identify and resolve client issues.
    • Continuously improve service delivery processes for maximum client satisfaction.

  • Additional Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or project management.
    • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
