Job Responsibility
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems with IT systems and infrastructure.
- Identify and diagnose system errors and malfunctions.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.
- Document technical processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and their impact on system performance.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical analysis or support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) a plus.
