Job Context

As the Network Operations Manager, you will be the guardian of Pyralink's network, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. You will lead a team of network technicians in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our network infrastructure.
Job Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pyralink's computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and other communication systems.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
- Manage network capacity planning and upgrades.
- Lead a team of network technicians, providing guidance and support.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (experience may substitute for degree).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations management.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
- Proven experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent a plus.
