Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement user experience (UX) strategies for Pyralink's products and services.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
- Evaluate and test UX designs to ensure usability and effectiveness.

Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design or architecture.
- Proven understanding of UX design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, user testing, prototyping).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design expertise.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
