UX Manager

Job Context

As the UX Manager, you will be the human-centered design champion at Pyralink! You will lead the user experience (UX) for our products and services, ensuring they are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet the needs of our customers.
Job Responsibility
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design and implement user experience strategies for Pyralink's products and services.
- Develop user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest UX design trends and best practices.
Additional Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
