Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the Terms) apply to the PyraLink™ Prove subscription service and to this website. They are an agreement between you, the business that subscribes, and Pyralink Innovation Ltd. Please read them before you start a free trial or subscribe.

1. Who we are

Pyralink Innovation Ltd (Pyralink, we, us) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14512137). Registered office: 502 Aidan House, Sunderland Road, Gateshead, NE8 3HU, United Kingdom. Contact: info@pyralink.co.uk, +44 191 300 2979.

2. Business customers only

PyraLink Prove is offered to businesses and other organisations only, not to consumers. By starting a free trial or subscribing, you confirm that you are acting for a business purpose and that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation (you, the Customer).

How the contract is made. You start a free trial or subscribe through our checkout, which is provided by Stripe. You can review and correct what you have entered before you submit it. The contract is made when we accept your start of trial or subscription, and we will confirm this by email. These Terms are in English. You can save or print them from this page, and the version you accepted is the version that applies to you.

3. The Service

PyraLink Prove (the Service) runs read-only checks on the cloud accounts you connect (AWS, Azure and Google Cloud) and produces findings and digitally signed, dated evidence records that you can verify independently. The plan you choose determines the number of cloud accounts and the scan schedule, as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

We may improve, add to or change features of the Service from time to time. We do not promise that the Service will produce any particular result.

4. Your account and cloud permissions

  • You are responsible for deciding which cloud accounts to connect and for the permissions you grant. The Service is designed to use read-only access. You are responsible for checking the permissions you grant and for revoking them when you wish.
  • You must have the right to connect each cloud account and to allow us to process the data it returns.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
  • You must give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it lasts 30 days from the start of your subscription and no payment card is needed to begin. If you have not added a payment method by the end of the trial, your subscription pauses and no charge is taken. You can add a payment method to continue. We may limit the free trial to one per organisation, and we may change or end the free trial offer for new customers at any time. The trial is provided on the same basis as the paid Service.

6. Fees and payment

  • Fees depend on your plan and on whether you choose monthly or annual billing. They are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) on the pricing page and at checkout. If you pay with a card issued outside the UK, checkout may offer to show and charge the price in your local currency. If it does, the converted amount, including any conversion fee that Stripe adds, is shown before you pay, and you can choose to pay in pounds sterling instead. Your card issuer may also charge its own fees. For subscriptions paid in a local currency, the amount charged in that currency may change at renewal because of exchange rates; the price in pounds sterling does not change except under section 9.
  • Fees are charged in advance for each billing period (a month or a year), by card or other methods offered through Stripe, our payment provider. Enterprise plans are quoted and invoiced; payment terms are set out in the quote or order form.
  • We do not currently charge set-up fees. We will agree any other charge with you in writing before it applies.
  • If a payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment details and, if it is not resolved, we may suspend the Service under section 16.

7. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods of the same length unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@pyralink.co.uk or by using any self-service option we make available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to the Service until then. We do not charge for later periods once cancellation takes effect.

8. Refunds

The free trial is intended to let you evaluate the Service before you pay. Fees are not refundable, including for part-used billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms affects any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email to the address on your account before a change applies to your next renewal. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel before the change takes effect and it will not apply to you.

10. Founding customer pricing

The first 25 customers to start a paid subscription (Founding Customers) keep the price of the plan they subscribed to for 24 months from the start of their paid subscription, provided the subscription stays active and in good standing, and subject to the following: the price applies to that plan and billing option only; section 9 does not apply to that price during the 24 months; and if you cancel, or your subscription lapses, the founding customer price ends. Whether you are a Founding Customer is determined from our subscription records, and you can ask us to confirm your status in writing.

11. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully or to connect cloud accounts you are not authorised to connect; attempt to access the Service or other customers’ data without authority; interfere with or overload the Service; copy, resell or provide the Service to third parties other than as part of your own business operations; or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the underlying technology of the Service except to the extent the law permits.

12. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf in providing the Service, the Data Processing Summary forms part of these Terms. If you need a separate signed data processing agreement, contact us.

13. Evidence records and no professional advice

The Service and its evidence records are informational. They are not legal advice, an audit opinion, an attestation or an assessment by any regulator or standards body. The Service reports on what it can see through the read-only access you grant, so it may not identify every issue. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions, and for taking advice from suitably qualified professionals where you need it. We do not warrant that using the Service will ensure, or result in, compliance with any law, regulation, standard or framework, or the outcome of any audit, assessment or customer review.

14. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and implied terms, including any that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee any level of availability.

15. Limit of liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
  • Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or £100 if you have paid no fees).
  • Subject to the first point, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or data, or for any fine or penalty, or for the failure to achieve any compliance, audit or assessment outcome.

16. Suspension

We may suspend your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if a payment is overdue, if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the security of the Service or other customers, or if the law requires it. Where it is practicable and lawful, we will tell you why. We will lift the suspension once the reason has been resolved.

17. Termination

You can end your subscription by cancelling under section 7. We may end your subscription on written notice if you materially breach these Terms and do not put the breach right within 14 days of being asked to, or immediately in the case of a serious breach, insolvency, or where the law requires. When a subscription ends, your access stops, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 8, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 22) will continue.

18. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, the website and our brand, including the Pyralink and PyraLink names, which are trade marks of Pyralink Innovation Ltd. During your subscription we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. You keep all rights in your own data and give us permission to process it as needed to provide the Service.

19. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential, use it only for the purposes of these Terms, and disclose it only where the law requires or to advisers and personnel who need to know and are bound to confidentiality. Our non-public technology, methods and internal workings are our confidential information.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For existing subscribers, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email of changes that are material to you, and the changes will apply from the date stated. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they apply. The latest version is always published on this page.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the pricing page, any order form and the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement for the Service. If an order form for an Enterprise plan conflicts with these Terms, the order form applies.
  • Notices. We may give notice to the email address on your account. You can give notice to info@pyralink.co.uk.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
  • Events outside our control. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Waiver and severability. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues.
  • Third parties. Only the parties can enforce these Terms; the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply.

22. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

23. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or use it to distribute malicious software or content. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Pyralink Innovation Ltd unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
